The Taurasi "Sant'Eustachio" DOCG wine from Cantina Azienda Agricola Boccella is an excellent example of a red wine produced with an organic method, respecting the environment and the consumer. Taurasi "Sant'Eustachio" DOCG is born in the vineyards surrounding the winery in the municipality of Castelfranci (AV), and is one of the most renowned Italian wines in the world.

The grapes used for the production of Taurasi "Sant'Eustachio" DOCG come from vineyards cultivated following rigorous organic practices. This means that during the cultivation process no chemical pesticides or synthetic fertilizers are used, thus respecting the surrounding environment and preserving biodiversity .
Taurasi DOCG is a red wine of great complexity and character. It is produced mainly with the Aglianico grape, a native variety that offers deep nuances of red fruits , spices and earthy notes. Thanks to organic cultivation, the grapes express their full potential, resulting in a rich, structured wine with an authentic taste.
It is an authentic expression of the Campania region , with a unique flavour and a production history that respects the environment and aware consumers.
