Refund policy

We do not make refunds but only returns.

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged, at the time of delivery, at our expense.

Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately reported, by putting WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection and / or request the return of what has been delivered.
