Type of vinification : The grapes are harvested when they are fully ripe, after destemming and pressing they are subjected to fermentation with intense maceration. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques for a period of 12-18 months follow. Subsequently, its aging is carried out in steel barrels for about 2 years. Once bottled, before being marketed it completes its period of refinement in the bottle for about a year.

Fruity, complex aroma , with notes of liquorice and vanilla on an elegant background of small berries.
