Cantina Giardino, with its Natural wines, presents the Fiano "Tu Tu," vinified exclusively from Fiano grapes. Maceration on the skins for 30 days in 200-liter terracotta amphorae, then the must is aged in second-passage chestnut and cherry barrels for 6 months, followed by another 6 months in clayver stoneware amphorae.
