Organoleptic Characteristics : Straw yellow color. With aromas of exotic fruit, peach blossom and almond. On the palate it has a good acidity, dry with a long aromatic finish. A wine to accompany fish dishes, shellfish and fairly fatty fresh cheeses.
Yield per hectare to grape ratio: 75 ql./hectare with 1.80 kg per plant
