VINIFICATION : The grapes are crushed and then subjected to soft pressing. The free-run must is prepared for static decantation for at least 12 hours. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14-16 °C and ages for approximately 4 months in steel.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10° C
PAIRINGS : Perfect to accompany aperitifs and fish-based dishes and
shellfish. Excellent with pizza.
TASTING NOTES: Intense cherry pink, bright and brilliant to the eye. The nose is fresh and fragrant, characterized by hints of strawberry, cherry and pomegranate, with hints of myrtle and black pepper. The palate is smooth and consistent with the nose, with good persistence and pleasantly savory in the aftertaste.
