- Soil: Vineyards located at 550/600 m above sea level. Clayey, calcareous, sandstone soil rich in volcanic deposits.
- Company management: Organic for 20 years. The ultimate expression of its local area.
- Harvest: Grapes are vigorously hand-picked with the utmost care in small 20 kg crates.
- Harvest period: Mid-October.
- Vinification: 10/12 days in steel tanks.
- Maturation: A 6-month stay in steel tanks on fine lees.
- Color: Pink.
- Aroma: Its bouquet is intensely fruity and floral, very elegant, with a very intense scent of strawberry and fresh grass. Reminiscent of plum and peony.
- Taste: On the palate, it is savory, dry, and smooth. It is bold yet not aggressive, very fresh, and has a long finish. Notes of red fruit return. It has a soft smile.
