100% Aglianico aged only in steel with fermentation at low temperatures.
Production area: Montemarano
Type of vinification: The grapes, once harvested, are subjected to destemming and soft pressing. The skins are fermented cold for about 6 hours. At this point selected yeasts are inoculated on the clear, fermentation and aging in steel.
Average annual production: 2,000 bottles
Organoleptic Characteristics: Intense pink with light strawberry notes. It presents itself to the nose with floral and red fruit aromas, fresh, not excessively alcoholic. Perfect balance between acidity and softness. Excellent as an aperitif, fish-based dishes or lightly seasoned first courses.
Yield per hectare to the ratio of grapes: 100 ql./hectare with kg. 2.00 Kg per plant
