It is a wine produced with 100% Aglianico grapes, coming from our vineyards, which surround the company. The harvest is done manually in small boxes to allow the selection bunch by bunch and to lay the grapes well so as not to break the berries.

FERMENTATION : The destemming and soft pressing of the grapes precedes the maceration, which lasts approximately 20 days, in steel at 26/28°C.
REFINEMENT : After racking, the wine is refined in steel for approximately 15 months and approximately 2 months in the bottle.
BOTTLING: After approximately 15 months from the harvest
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Ruby red color, with aromas of red fruits, spices and balsamic nuances of black pepper, cocoa. On the palate it is rich and persuasive with velvety tannins that invite the next sip.
