Vintage

Known as vitis apicia, for its intense and sweet scent that attracts bees to the vineyards, Fiano is a wine rich in history, brought to Italy by the Greeks and planted by them in Irpinia. It was the wine of kings and emperors for its refined and structured character. In preserving the characteristics of its past, our production philosophy wants to combine them with the typicality of the terroir of origin, creating a true union between territory and flavors. In the continuous search for high quality, lies the decision to produce a limited quantity of bottles, to preserve the production from invasive techniques and to be able to manage the grape-wine process as it was once done.

This is the path we chose and that led us to Numero Primo, our first wine, to which we wanted to dedicate a name that represented its essence.
First, because it is the company's first wine, the one that marks the beginning of a series. Numero Primo, the twenty-three, is one of those special numbers, that stand out from the others, they are infinite, they are the ones that generate the product, they are different, like the one we want to give to our customers. The properties of a wine begin with pruning, and we have used a more advanced technique, with less yield and bunches, but which increases the quality of the grapes and their alcohol content. In white winemaking, then, the choice to keep the must on the lees for longer periods, has given our wine longevity and body, in the search for winemaking excellence.
