The Irpinia Falanghina from the Giovanni Molettieri winery is vinified in purity, aged in steel with fermentation at low temperatures. Pairing with fried foods, fairly seasoned first courses based on fish, fresh cheeses, white meats.

Type of vinification: The grapes harvested at the moment of their correct ripeness are destemmed and pressed. Fermentation for 20 days and refinement for about 2 months on fine lees.
Organoleptic Characteristics: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Light mineral hints. Fresh aromas of white flowers and citrus notes. Acidic on the palate, full-bodied and with good persistence. Perfect for fairly succulent and fatty dishes.

Yield per hectare at the ratio of grapes: 70 hl /ha with 2 kg per plant
