A love of wine and of the land, this balance between nature and passion gives birth to a small masterpiece, the Campi Taurasini " Trespadini ," which draws all its character from the depths of its soil and transmits it with great strength. " Trespadini " is an organic wine.

Grape variety: 100% Aglianico
Soil: Vineyards located at 50/600 m above sea level. Clayey, calcareous, sandstone soil rich in volcanic deposits.
Company management: Organic for 20 years. The ultimate expression of its local area.
Harvest: Grapes are vigorously hand-picked with the utmost care in small 20 kg crates.
Harvest period:End of October.
Vinification: 20 days in steel tanks.
Maturation: A period of 12-16 days in 20 hl oak barrels. This is followed by a long refinement in the bottle.
Color: Bright ruby red with purple reflections.
Aroma: Notes of black cherry in alcohol, red fruits, plum, sugar coating, black pepper, floral notes of typical violets.
Taste: Fresh, tannic, pungent, and energetic. The acidity pairs perfectly with the tannins. A perfectly ripe tannin.
Pairing: The classic Sunday ragù or more generally medium-structured first courses, medium-aged cheeses.
Alcohol content: 14vol.
