OENOLOGICAL INFORMATION: Fermentation tanks material: 316 stainless steel; Preparation and duration of fermentation: Stabling of dirty must at a temperature of 5° for 48 hours, followed by fermentation of clean must for 20 days; Fermentation temperatures: 15°C; Method and duration of pre-bottling refinement: 5 months of storage in tank; Oenological operations for product stabilization: clarification, refrigeration followed by filtration.

ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE
: Wine with unparalleled typicality, affirmed throughout the world, rich in color, consistency and aroma. It has a straw color with light golden reflections, the aroma is broad with marked notes of toasted almond that marks the typicality of this wine and compelling in the herbaceous accents. In the mouth it is fresh, full, a full-bodied wine with a flavor that makes it soft and capable of enriching itself with complexity and depth with aging.
