The color is a bright straw yellow, its slightly mineral scent with notes of apricot, pear, peach and citrus, with excellent acidity. Overall it is a very balanced wine. The fruit tones remain in the background with a slightly bitter aftertaste, reminiscent of almonds. The calcareous soil gives a strong connotation to the aromas of the wine, which combines a full-bodied structure with pleasant mineral notes and a fragrant bouquet. The Greco di Tufo DOCG from the Le Masciare winery is certified organic by Bioagricert
