Cantina Giardino with its Natural wines presents the Greco "Sophia" born from a long maceration on the skins, and above all it is left to refine for a year in two-hundred-liter terracotta amphorae. It is a wine from another era, capable of giving new and intense organoleptic sensations. It is material and slightly tannic, and offers sensory experiences outside the box. Exceptionally satisfying.
TASTING NOTES
Intense golden yellow with coppery reflections. Complex and rich on the nose, characterized by citrus and floral hints, which are embellished with mineral notes and salty nuances. Particularly fresh and savory on the palate, slightly tannic and long in persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Ideal with fish, mushrooms, legumes and similar tasty dishes. Excellent with eggplant parmigiana.
