Cantina Giardino with its Natural wines presents the Fiano “Gaia” which is produced with a cryomaceration on the skins for two days, followed by a fermentation by the added yeasts only. It matures for six months on its own yeasts in toasted barriques. Natural and frank, it is bottled without first being filtered.
TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow with golden reflections. It has gentle fruity and floral notes, dominated by the scent of ripe peach. Direct and generous attack in the mouth, then structured and fresh, with a decisive but never exaggerated alcoholic note. Long persistence and citrusy finish.
COMBINATIONS
It pairs well with fish, mushrooms, legumes and similar tasty dishes. Perfect with lemon turbot.
