Cantina Giardino with its Natural wines presents the Aglianico “Nude”, no filtering, no selected yeasts and no added sulphites. A wine that reminds us in every way of the most genuine and well-made wines of the farmer. It matures for a year in new barriques and another 12 months in second passage tonneaux. Without taking anything away from the other wines of Cantina Giardino but Nude is the TOP of the company.
TASTING NOTES
Ruby red in color, tending towards garnet. On the nose, the first hints of cherry and plum gradually emerge, followed by the tertiary of tobacco and earthy and toasted notes. In the mouth it is energetic and fresh, with firm but never unpleasant tannins. Long in persistence.
COMBINATIONS
It is to be paired with red meat dishes. Perfect with baked ham.
