The pink side of Aglianico. Produced exclusively with organic grapes from the Contrada Fosso Cavallo vineyard in Fontanarosa, L'Irpinia DOC Rosato Biologico del Cortiglio is a wine obtained from the white vinification of only red Aglianico grapes. Young, characterized by a broad and typical fruitiness with notes of cherry, it is a wine with a fresh and pleasant taste.
