Vitigni Irpini wine tourism project offers food and wine tourism experiences with visits and tastings in wineries in the province of Avellino, Irpinia, a land of wines with the three DOCGs: Taurasi, Fiano di Avellino, Greco di Tufo and the DOC wines: Irpinia Aglianico, Irpinia Campi Taurasini, Irpinia Coda di Volpe, Irpinia Rosato, Irpinia Spumante.
To date, the Vitigni Irpini family has included several Irpini producers, who have shared ideas, divided into the production areas of the three DOCGs. Furthermore, restaurants and accommodation facilities have been selected to offer quality services and hospitality.
Most of the producers are small and medium-sized wineries that immerse you in the local tradition and culture, offering authentic wines and products for tasting; a true connection to Irpinia.
The Wine Discovery Taurasi experience is a carefree tour, offering unique experiences as you discover Taurasi, its producers, and its winemaking regions. Taurasi represents a pinnacle of Italian viticulture; its complexity and aging potential make it a prized choice for wine enthusiasts and those wishing to explore the wonders of Campania's viticulture.
The package, for two people, includes:
- 2-night stay in selected properties, in a double room with breakfast. Subject to availability, you can stay in the winery's accommodations, immersed in the unique and magical atmosphere of the Irpinia hills surrounded by vineyards.
- Two tasting dinners with Irpinia wines paired with the chef's menu (for each person: 4 courses + 4 pairing glasses)
- A tasting lunch with Irpinia wine pairing (for each person: 4 courses + 4 paired glasses).
- Three visits with tastings with the producer at wineries in the Taurasi area

You can request a personalized quote for one person or more than two people; discounts for children under 12 are available upon request .
For groups, there's the possibility of a cooking show, where you can create and have fun. Have you ever prepared traditional Irpinia dishes?
Finally, additional services are available upon request, with related costs ( rental car, transfer with driver, guide for themed excursions including horseback riding, e-bike excursions, nature walks and trekking, relaxation massages).
