Fiano di Avellino DOCG - Rocca del Principe Winery

Rocca del Principe's Fiano di Avellino is born in one of the most suitable areas in all of Irpinia for the cultivation of Fiano, in the splendid hilly territory of Lapio, characterized by particularly rich, intense and fruity wines.

Fiano di Avellino by Rocca del Principe is made with Fiano grapes coming exclusively from a selection of the youngest vineyards, it is a medium-bodied white wine, soft, fragrant and elegant. It presents itself with a bright straw-yellow color, and expresses a deep and varied bouquet to the nose with delicate citrus aromas: orange blossom, fresh almond, cedar, toasted hazelnut and dried fruit; they close with a long and fascinating persistence . Fresh and dry palate, very savory, full and continuous with a clear mineral background.

Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (12/14 degrees) in steel tanks for 40 days
