Fiano in puro raised in the vineyards of the municipality of Monocalzati, harvested at the beginning of October and macerated for nine months in steel before being refined in glass for another two months. In the glass a bright yellow color shines through, very deep, almost amber. From the expansive and multifaceted bouquet a host of joyful scents spreads in the air, which recall in succession hazelnut, yellow peach, apricot, pear, Annurca apple, clementine, pineapple, hawthorn, acacia, lime, moss, chamomile and elderberry. In the mouth a sip approaches that immediately reveals itself fresh and smooth, jovial and savoury, soft and graceful, suave and crystalline, elegant and seductive, while maintaining its precise consistency unchanged. Graceful, multifaceted and dynamic palate development and thus promises a long shelf life. Enjoyable and persistent final shot. To be paired with a plate of spaghetti with clams and white meat for sure, but it also goes well with some more structured preparations.
