Vines of about 60 years, exposed to the south at 450 meters above sea level on calcareous, sandstone and clay soil. Organic cultivation and yield per hectare of 40 quintals. Vinification Maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 30% in small chestnut barrels for 2 months and the remaining 70% in steel, without the addition of sulfur. Aging 12 months in steel on the fine lees. Production philosophy Artisanal, No added sulphites or minimal, Orange Wine, Macerated on the skins, Indigenous yeasts, Vegan Friendly. TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow in appearance. It stands out on the nose with floral hints of wisteria and aromas that recall white-fleshed fruit. Pleasant and smooth to drink, characterized by a nice freshness and good persistence.
COMBINATIONS
Excellent when paired with fish, white meat or vegetables, it is worth trying with cream of celery.
