The Taurasi DOCG by Antico Castello presents itself with a bright ruby color, sloping towards the edges. Complex and aristocratic on the nose, warm aromas: the mineral imprint is accompanied by dried roses, balsamic wood, oriental spices, sandalwood, toasted coffee, cinchona, smoky notes. Change of dress on the palate made velvety and persistent by the intertwining of alcoholic warmth with austere tannins. A wine for a silent minority capable of capturing elegance, sobriety of thought, honesty of action. Waiting is its leitmotif: you have to know how to preserve it, wait, love it. The Taurasi DOCG is a structured, tannic and long-lived red wine
