ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE : Our Ophelia is born from the desire to experiment. The great potential of Aglianico grapes, renowned for their hardness, angularity, large quantities of sugar and high alcohol potential. From their delicate processing comes our rosé, fragrant, enveloping, gentle, but at the same time full-bodied, structured and with a strong impact, which captivates with its hints of peach and wild rose, with a full, warm and persistent taste.
