The love for wine and for one's land, in this balance between nature and passion a small masterpiece is born, an Aglianico that from the depths of its soil brings out all its character and transmits it with great strength.

Grape variety : Aglianico 100%
Land : Vineyards located at 50/600 m above sea level. Clayey, calcareous, sandstone soil rich in volcanic deposits.
Company management : Organic for 20 years. Maximum expression of the territory to which it belongs.
Harvest : Grapes are vigorously hand-picked with the utmost care in small 20 kg crates.
Harvest period: End of October.
Vinification : 20 days in steel tanks.
Maturation : A stay of 12/16 days months in 20 hl oak barrels. Followed by a long refinement in the bottle.
Color : Bright ruby red with purple reflections.
Aroma: Notes of black cherry in alcohol, red fruits, plum, sugar coating, black pepper, floral notes of typical violets.
Taste : Fresh, tannic, pungent and energetic. The acidity is perfectly combined with the tannin. A tannin that is ripe at the right point.
Pairing : The classic Sunday ragù or more generally medium-structured first courses, medium-aged cheeses.
