Vitigni Irpini is pleased to present the event: "The Shades of Aglianico"with the producer of Cantina De' Gaeta at Bellavigna Country House

Join us on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at 1:30 PM, at Bellavigna Country House with producer De' Gaeta in attendance.

Four wines:

1. Irpinia Rosato DOC vintage 2019,
2. Campania Aglianico IGT 2019 vintage,
3. Irpinia Campi Taurasini DOC 2017 vintage,
4. Taurasi Riserva "Due Cape" DOCG 2015 vintage

Four dishes created by the chef:

1. Cicci di Santa Lucia - Recipe from the ancient Irpinia tradition,
2. Steamed Montoro copper onion stuffed with caciocavallo cheese, bacon and buffalo mozzarella mousse,
3. Maltagliati with rabbit puttanesca,
4. Capocollo cooked at low temperature with curly endive sautéed in cauliflower jus, Aglianico reduction and raisins,
5. BabaMisù & Coffee
