It is a wine produced with 100% Aglianico grapes, coming from our vineyards, which surround the company. The harvest is done manually in small boxes to allow the selection bunch by bunch and to lay the grapes well so as not to break the berries.

Then we proceed to a static decantation of about 24/48 hours at 8/10 °C. Finally, with the help of selected yeasts, the fermentation at low temperatures lasts about 1 month.
REFINING : It takes place on fine lees for approximately 4/6 months and is then filtered and continues for another 2 months in the bottle.
BOTTLING: After approximately 6 months from the harvest
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: In the glass it presents a pale straw yellow color. On the nose it presents a definitely mineral bouquet sweetened by hints of pear, yellow fruit and white flowers such as chamomile. An interesting sip of balance between acidity and alcoholic structure, a wine that reflects the characteristics of this native vine.
