Since November 2020, the word Riserva can also be added to the white wines of Irpinia, exclusively to the DOCG Fiano di Avellino and Greco di Tufo; an expression of longevity. Fiano di Avellino " Selvecorte " Riserva DOCG is the Cru of the Contrada winery and is produced exclusively in the area of origin. Espalier vineyards with guyot pruning, a wine produced exclusively from that plot and, of course, from 100% Fiano grapes. Fiano di Avellino " Selvecorte " Riserva DOCG is an authentic, wild and seductive wine that fascinates with its spicy and floral notes: lime, acacia and honey. Sharp in the mouth, with hints of citrus and hazelnut, it is a complex wine that restores to the taste and smell all the vigor of its clayey and calcareous soil. Aging for at least 24 months enhances all the peculiarities of the Fiano di Avellino "Selvecorte" Riserva DOCG
