Cantina Giardino with its Natural wines presents the Aglianico “Drogone” produced with grapes harvested in vineyards that reach 75 years of age. For a year it rests in barriques and tonneaux of second passage.
TASTING NOTES
Bright ruby red with a garnet note. Decidedly fruity on the nose, with hints of red pulp fruit, plum and black cherry, with nuances reminiscent of dried rose petals, tobacco and ash. Fresh, energetic and still fruity on the palate, with a long persistence and a slightly bitter finish.
COMBINATIONS
It goes well with most red meat dishes. Excellent with roast lamb.
